We perform all needed service for our dealer brands (Tohatsu, Honda & Mercury). We do provide service outside our brands on a case by case basis depending on our workload and the issue described.
For basic maintenance service we can schedule an appointment. For most larger services, we can put you in line and contact you as we get close to starting on your ticket.
Yes-ish. When it comes to motors older than 15 years, we will consider these on a case by case basis.
No. Fiberglass and Welding repair are about the only services we don’t offer.
Part orders over $100 or items we do not usually stock require pre-payment.
Payment for service(s) and/or parts is expected at time of pick up.
Completed Work left over 20 days will incur a $10 daily storage fee.
Labor Rate is $110/hour. There is a 1 Hr Minimum Labor Charge.
A 3% surcharge will be applied to invoices over $1500 when paying by Credit/Debit Card.
COASTAL MARINE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOSS or DAMAGE to BOATS, MOTORS, TRAILERS and/or ARTICLES LEFT IN BOATS in case of FIRE, THEFT, ACCIDENT, WEATHER, ANIMALS or ANY OTHER CAUSE beyond our control.
COASTAL MARINE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
Properly connecting the trailer to the vehicle, preparing boat/vehicle/items for travel upon pick up.
Verifying the boat is prepared to launch (check for drain plug installation, etc.).
Confirming safety gear is intact before launching (life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc.).

Sorry, at this time, we do not work on trolling motors.
While we do some trailer work, it is usually part of a job where we are already servicing the boat or motor. This is also dependent upon our work load at the time.
